If you’re a brand new client to Align Fitness, click to download an enrollment form. If anything goes wonky, no worries, I can email you the form. Email your form to alignfitness@charter.net or bring it with you to our first session. Once I receive it and/or payment, I’ll do the old fashioned thing and call you to schedule your first session.

Initial Pilates equipment duet session
Pilates duet equipment sessions are fun! Get a great mobilizing workout with a close friend, coworker, mom, or your brother. In this initial session, we will discuss everyone’s goals and make a plan for your Pilates future at Align Fitness.
It is best to have a duet partner whose pace matches yours. If you have been doing Pilates for years and are already onto advanced moves, choosing a beginner as a duet partner will only frustrate you since much of each session will be taken up with explanations of technique and choreography you already know. Choose wisely!
NOTE: This is only required of new clients or little to no experience with Pilates equipment clients. If this does not describe your duet, you can call to schedule a regular duet session at the daily rate.
