As a first-time client, you’ll need to download the enrollment form and either email it back to me (AlignFitness@charter.net) or bring it with you to our first session. Click HERE for enrollment form download.
First-time private/duet sessions/packages must be prepaid before your appointment.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS ONLY - 3 Pilates equipment privates
It’s never too late or too early to start your Pilates journey. During your first session, we'll spend a little time talking about your goals, the purpose of Pilates, and how it can help you achieve those goals. We’ll get right into discovering initial Pilates exercises and repertoire so be prepared to work out in your very first session!
Please note: Pilates beginners on equipment are not eligible for ZOOM privates.
We'll spend about 1 1/2 hours talking about your goals and the purpose of Pilates and how it can help you achieve those goals during this first session.
Clients who do the initial private are still eligible for any Pilates privates specials available to first-time clients, if applicable.
