Children under the Age of 18

The Site is not intended or directed at children under the age of 18. We do not collect personally identifiable data from any person that we know to be under the age of 18. What this Privacy Policy Does NOT Address
This Privacy Policy does not address the data management practices and policies of and information usage policies of other sites to which the Sites may link to or on which a Align Fitness  widget may be installed. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data, or solicit personal information from you. Align Fitness does not exercise control over these other sites therefore you must refer to their Privacy Policies, when applicable.

Information We Collect
The information we collect from visitors to our Sites depends upon how visitors choose to interact with us through the Sites. We offer some services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us. For example, you can read certain information without providing personal information. However, using our full range of services involves providing personal information to us. When you register with us and sign in to our Sites, we recognize that you are not anonymous to us.

Whether you submit personally identifiable information to Align Fitness is entirely up to you. You may decide not to submit personally identifiable information through the Sites, in which case Align Fitness may not be able to provide certain services to you.
