Pilates is strengthening, restorative, lengthening, and educational.
Together, we will create a Pilates flow in every session that brings you into balance with mind and body, easing you into and out of movement that feels natural and good. People often say in private sessions, “Oh, I didn’t realize my body wanted to move this way. It feels so good!”
Exactly! Our goal is not to push the body but to encourage it, allow it to explore and deepen into the exercises at its own pace. We want to be durable as we age.
